After High School I puttered around Duluth for a few years, went to Opticianary School in Southern Minnesota and then ventured to Florida where I met up with again and married my high school sweetheart (or is that my high school heartbreaker..) Stan-the-keg-party-with-a-paid-entry-ticket-required-man (he still thinks it was one of his very best income producing ideas).

Anyway, after our first child was born we could not stand being away from our city by the bay and moved back to Duluth for a few years and a few more kids.

Then a career move took us onto Michigan where we finally, this past fall, (four houses and one more child later) have settled (it will have to be...I'm too tired to build/renovate/move again) into our dream home and lifestyle in a wonderfully renovated & restored turn-of-the-century farmstead (thank goodness all the work was already done!) in Grand Blanc, MI. It is the perfect setting for our investment business of breeding and raising Alpacas which we have been doing for the last four years and have been really enjoying.
